Shipping Policy

At FLO~PRO, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

If a product is shown as in stock on our website but is unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available options, including waiting for new inventory, selecting an alternative product, or cancelling the affected item. If we are unable to reach you after reasonable attempts, we will determine the most appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, provided the product is in stock. Orders are shipped via standard ground service using the courier that provides the best service for your delivery location. Delivery times vary depending on your destination within Canada.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Some rural or remote locations may require pickup from a local courier terminal if direct delivery is unavailable.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your courier information and tracking number.

If your order is delayed due to manufacturing or inventory availability, we will notify you as soon as possible.

To help ensure secure delivery, shipments may require a signature upon delivery. If a shipment is deemed undeliverable and is returned to FLO~PRO, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned shipments that require reshipping.

While we work with reliable courier partners, shipping delays caused by the courier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of FLO~PRO once the shipment has left our facility.
